Welcome to the blog and gallery for annescanvas!

Since embarking on my art journey I hold one slogan close to my heart, Art Every Day; and I do. My evolution as an artist is a daily calling. If I don’t spend even a few minutes on a piece or a sketch, I go a little wiggy!  It is my comfort and my solace. I’m learning and growing and generally trying to find my voice as an artist. I experiment a lot, I start over even more but the end result, no matter how long it takes me to get there, is always a thing of joy and beauty.
